QA Manager

Key Responsibilities
-Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards
-Oversee daily QA and QC operations, ensuring effective inspection, testing, and timely resolution of quality issues
-Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to maintain high standards of product quality and process compliance
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality systems and enhance process control
-Lead, coach, and develop the QA team, fostering a culture of quality awareness, accountability, and performance
-Analyse quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and corrective actions
-Ensure compliance with quality standards, certifications, and health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies
