QAQC Clerk of Work - Kuala Lipis

Job Description:
-Monitor subcontractors’ and suppliers’ QA/QC performance and ensure adherence to quality standards
-Conduct inspections on site works including structural, architectural, and MEP activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
-Review and verify material submittals, method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and work procedures
-Coordinate and witness laboratory and field testing of materials
-Raise and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions (CARs/PARs)
-Liaise with consultants and clients on all QA/QC matters.

Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering or its equivalent
-At least 2 years’ experience in related fields
-Familiar with QLASSIC, ISO 9001 standards, and relevant project codes / specifications.
-Detail-oriented with good analytical and communication skills.
