QAQC Manager (Steel Structure)

Lead and manage all QA/QC activities
for steel structure fabrication.
Ensure compliance with project
specifications, engineering drawings,
and relevant standards (AWS D1.1, BS
EN, ISO 9001, etc.)
Conduct inspections on incoming
materials, fabrication process, welding
works, and finished products.
Review and approve inspection reports,
checklists, and non-conformance
reports (NCR).
Coordinate closely with project,
engineering, production, and site
teams to resolve quality issues.
Oversee dimensional checks, welding
quality, and surface finishing
inspections.
Implement and maintain QA/QC
procedures, quality plans, and ISO
documentation.
