QAQC Officer (Freelance / Contract)

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and implement Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)

Conduct site quality inspections for various trades including C&S, M&E, Electrical, and Landscape (Hard & Soft)

Coordinate and manage RFI submissions, inspections, and approvals

Issue, monitor, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions

Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved method statements and drawings

Support handover documentation, as-built records, and defect rectification

Assist site team in quality-related matters and inspections

Maintain proper quality records and documentation



Requirements

Proven QAQC experience in construction and/or landscape works

Familiar with site inspection procedures, RFI process, and quality documentation

Strong attention to detail and firm on quality standards

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Good coordination and communication skills

Available for site-based work on freelance / contract basis
