Quality Assurance Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to lead project quality initiatives and
ensure compliance with customer requirements across OEM development processes such as APQP, SPTT, and QAV.
This role is pivotal in driving product excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
. Lead and compile quality documentation including PPAP, QAV, Safety Declarations, and SPTT.
· Analyze product performance (dimensional, appearance, fit/function) to identify trends and drive
improvements.
· Interpret engineering drawings and technical documents into actionable insights.
. Develop checking formats and contribute to process flow, FMEA, and control plans.
. Participate in tooling and fixture buy-offs (local and overseas) before deployment.
. Represent the quality team in meetings, discussions, and presentations to resolve issues and align on
solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
· Experience in public speaking, customer engagement, and problem-solving techniques (8D, 5W1H, Ishikawa,
etc.).
. Proficient in quality tools: FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan.
· Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, CMM, gloss meter) and software (Minitab, CATIA, AutoCAD).
· Strong analytical and forward-thinking mindset with a results-driven attitude.
. Excellent communication, flexibility, and stress management skills.
. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and full of initiative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
