Quality Engineer

Requirements

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in electronic and electrical engineering from a recognized university.
Able to speak in English and Mandarin
Experience:

1-2 years of hands-on experience in a Electronic and electrical Engineering role.
Proven knowledge in Electronic and electrical Engineering processes and practices.
To deal with mandarin speaking client.
Responsibilities

Product Testing: Conduct reliability tests for new models and as needed, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed weekly and monthly quality reports, providing insights that drive continuous improvement.
New Model Development: Actively participate in trial run meetings for new models and follow up on QA tasks outlined in the MVT report.
Rework Coordination: Lead coordination efforts for any rework and sorting activities across purchasing, IQC, and the production line.
Quality Assurance: Support 100% inspection processes during new model trial runs to ensure quality standards are met.
Documentation Review: Review and validate Manufacturing Process Orders (MPO) and Bills of Materials (BOM) before production issuance.
Auditing: Serve as an internal auditor for ISO and RBA compliance, ensuring adherence to established standards.
Health & Safety: Contribute to workplace safety by monitoring employee temperatures after lunch hours as part of the S&H duty.
6S Audits: Conduct monthly 6S audits across all departments, promoting a clean and organized work environment.
Additional Duties: Take on other roles and responsibilities as assigned by management to support our quality objectives.
