QUALITY SUPERVISOR

Description:

-Developing, implementing and overseeing quality management systems (ISO9001 QMS) and procedures

-Involve in new project and transfer project qualification activities. Responsible on Inspection Instruction preparation, first article inspection, capability study, measurement system analysis and PPAP packages-Conducting regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement

-Coordinate nonconforming product control and failure analysis and follow-up corrective and improvement plan

-Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues in a timely manner

-Providing training and guidance to staff on quality control best practices

-Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations-Compile Quality report and lead the internal and customer quality review meeting


Experience / Skill Required:

-Possess at least a bachelor's degree in engineering/technology

-Required skills: Minitab/JMP, 8D report writing.

-Knowledge in QC core tools, IS 9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 and IATF16949 Quality Management system, GD&T, CMM measurement methodology, PPAP, FAI, CPK, MSA, FMEA and control plan is essential.

-At least 5-8 year(s) of working experience in Quality Assurance function.

-Able to comprehend and interpret GD&T part drawings and technical instructions.

-Self-motivated and self-discipline.

-Proficiency communication skills and able to work independently and as a team player as well as interact with people at all levels.

-Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must have for effective communication with stakeholders.
