Quantity Surveyor (预算专员)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at SHANGHAI BAOYE GROUP (MALAYSIA) SDN.BHD in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position (contract) where you will play a key role in the construction projects undertaken by our company.

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责

Coordinate with the Technical Department to review and understand existing structural and architectural drawings, and compile the full set of drawings required for construction budget preparation.
对接技术质量部，梳理和熟悉既有结构及建筑图纸，整理出用于施工图预算编制的全套图面。

Responsible for preparing the construction and material budgets, ensuring timeliness and accuracy; assist in optimizing the construction and material budgets under the guidance of company and project management.
负责塔楼及其附属施工图预算编制及材料预算编制，确保预算及时性和准确性，并在公司及项目总经指导下进行优化。

Manage the application and confirmation process for VO throughout the project cycle, ensuring timely documentation and digital archiving.
负责本项目全周期内对业主签证VO的申报及确认，相关资料及时归档并电子化归档。

Handle the application and confirmation process for Owner’s quantity and price recognition, with proper documentation and digital record-keeping.
c责本项目全周期内对业主认质认价的申报和确认，相关资料及时归档并电子化归档。

Prepare and submit monthly work quantity reports to the Owner by the 1st of each month, conduct joint site inspections with consultants and the Owner’s QS, perform quantity verification and variance analysis, obtain progress payment certificates on time, and report to the Project Team.

每月1日前完成上一月度对业主工程报量编制及提交，会同顾问及业主方走场勘察，对量并分析差异，按时取得进度结算证书，并汇报项目总经及项目经理。

Coordinate with the Finance Department to issue invoices, track payment progress, and provide timely updates to the Project Team.
对接公司财务，开具对业主发票，跟踪业主付款动态，及时向项目总经及项目经理汇报。

Responsible for preparing, submitting, and verifying the final account settlement with the Owner, ensuring timely certification of completion.
完成本项目对业主最终竣工结算的编制、提交及审核对量工作，按时取得结算证书。

Assist the Procurement Department by providing data support for tower concrete pouring budget quantities and related analysis reports.
配合物资部门完成塔楼混凝土浇筑预算量的各类数据支撑，用于混凝土浇筑报告的分析。

Conduct periodic quantity verification based on on-site progress, monitor and analyze deviations between actual and theoretical material consumption (e.g., concrete, rebar, cement, form work, etc.), and identify reasons for major variances.
定期对现场实际完成形象进度进行工程量量化，监测材料实际消耗与理论消耗的偏差，并分析主要材料差异原因。

Perform other tasks assigned by management, such as translation of Malay & English documents, quantity take-off, document archiving, and ad-hoc analysis reports.
完成领导交办的其他任务，如少量马来文和英文文件翻译、图面工程量计算提取、资料归档、临时性分析报告等。



Requirements 任职要求

Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) as need to liaise with Chinese Subcontractor.
精通中文和英文（听说读写）。

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
土建造价或相关专业背景。

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cost management for main-con projects.
具备3年以上总包项目造价管理经验。

Physically healthy, hardworking, and willing to comply with project management arrangements.
身体健康，吃苦耐劳，服从项目管理安排。
