Quantity Surveyor (Acoustic Panels / Interior Fit-Out)

Key responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, cost plans and BoQ for acoustic panel works from drawings

Carry out quantity take-off for acoustic panels, accessories and related materials

Handle tendering and procurement: request, compare and negotiate supplier / subcontractor quotes

Monitor project costs vs budget; manage variations and update cost forecasts

Administer contracts with clients and subcontractors, handle claims and payments

Coordinate with clients, architects, site and subcontractors to keep work on track

Maintain records of costs, variations and payments, prepare reports and final account

Check that materials and installation comply with specs, quality and regulations

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field

Proficient in QS software and MS Excel, able to read architectural / design drawings (e.g. AutoCAD)

Understanding of construction technology, contracts and acoustic / interior materials is an advantage

Strong maths, attention to detail, negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills

QS experience in construction, interior fit-out or specialised installations preferred
