Tendering & Procurement: Prepare tender packages, bills of quantities (BQ), and contract documents, then evaluate contractor bids.
Manage contractual relationships, draft agreements, and ensure all parties adhere to legal terms.
Cost Control & Valuation: Monitor ongoing spending, assess site progress, value completed subcontractor or contractor work, and process interim payment applications.
• Variation & Claims Management: Calculate the cost impact of design changes, handle price negotiations, and assist with claims or dispute resolution.
• Final Accounts: Reconcile all costs, variations, and retention sums at project closeout to produce accurate final accounts.
