Quantity Surveyor Manager

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Minimum 8 years of QS experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role
Strong contract knowledge (PAM, CIDB)
Excellent leadership, budgeting, and communication skills
Responsibilities

Oversee full QS department operations, from pre- to post-contract stages
Lead cost estimation, tender preparation, and contract negotiation
Monitor project budget and cost control
Mentor junior QS and ensure compliance with company procedures
