Responsibilities
Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine sense of hospitality

Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table allocation efficiently

Bring guests to their tables while engaging in friendly and polished conversation

Maintain an organized and visually appealing reception area

Anticipate guest needs and ensure a smooth flow of service

Communicate effectively with service and kitchen teams to optimize seating and timing

Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with care and professionalism

Ensure menus and guest-facing materials are clean and well-presented

Create a positive first and last impression for all dining guests

Requirements
Previous experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality setting preferred

Experience with reservation systems is an advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident, poised, and well-spoken

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment

Good understanding of guest service etiquette

Impeccable grooming and elegant presentation

Warm, welcoming, and naturally engaging personality
