R&D Engineer

1. Design, develop and improve new products and processes to meet performance and quality standards
2. Conduct research on emerging products and trends that are relevant to the industry
3. Identify and solve technical issues faced
4. Prepare technical documentation, including test reports, product specifications, instruction manuals
5. Present product performance evaluations and development updates to management
6. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to define requirements and ensure successful implementation
7. Address concerns and questions posed by QAQC to improve and solve product quality
