R&D Engineer (5-Day Work Week)

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee complex R&D projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.

Design, develop, and test prototypes and products, utilizing advanced engineering principles and methodologies.

Conduct experiments and analyze data to validate design concepts and improve product performance.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address technical challenges, and to ensure smooth project execution.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative team environment.


Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field

Proficiency in engineering tools, software, and methodologies

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex technical challenges.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
