R&D Lab Assistant

What you'll be doing
-Providing technical support in the laboratory by conducting experiments, tests and analyses as directed by the R&D team
-Accurately recording and documenting all research data, observations and findings
-Preparing reagents, solutions and samples according to established protocols
-Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked laboratory environment
-Assisting with the set-up, calibration and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment
-Collaborating with the R&D team to identify opportunities for process improvements
-Adhering to all laboratory safety procedures and regulations

What we're looking for
-A bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline, such as Biological Sciences or Biomedical Sciences
-Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working in a laboratory environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data
-Proficiency in the use of common laboratory equipment and instrumentation
-Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues that may arise
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the R&D team
-A keen interest in the research and development of pharmaceutical products
