Recruitment Consultant

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selections.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.
3. Develop talent acquisition strategies for diverse industries.
4. Ensure a positive recruitment experience for candidates.
5. Conduct data analysis and prepare recruitment reports.
6 Support HR projects such as policy development, handbooks, and engagement surveys.
7. Ensure HR practices align with employment laws and internal standards.

Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
2. Proven experience managing multiple hiring projects or client accounts.
3. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
4. Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Proficient in MS Office; experience with ATS or HRIS is a plus.
