Requirements

Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
2 years working experience in related field with passionate in Recruiting industry
Able to communicate well in English & Mandarin
Good in Self management, time management, etc
Responsibilities

As a 180 Consultant toward job seeker
Understand the requirements/needs from internal Client team
Define job description and document specifications
Evaluate resumes and applications
Having pre-interview with job seeker and determine their qualification
Sourcing and screening for suitable job seeker
Internal dealing with different department on the progress
Match the most suitable candidates to different positions
Provide necessary consultation to job seeker
Any adhoc tasks require from the superior
