Regional Content Lead, SEO&AI - SEA

Role Summary

As the Regional AI Content Lead (SEA), you will spearhead AI-driven content strategies at our fast-paced travel-tech company. This full-time role involves designing and managing end-to-end automated workflows that turn KKday’s product page data into engaging travel blog content. You will leverage cutting-edge tools, such as n8n, Relevance AI, ChatGPT, or Make.com to build dynamic content pipelines and scale content production.

In this role, you will also repurpose long-form content into bite-sized posts for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms. The ideal candidate is a bilingual English-Mandarin communicator who thrives on innovation and collaboration. You will work closely with freelance writers, editors, and consultants to refine AI-generated drafts and ensure they meet KKday’s quality standards. Additionally, you will establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate content impact and ROI, continuously iterating on strategies to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities

Automate Content Workflows: Develop and manage automated workflows (using n8n, Make.com, etc.) to generate high-quality blog content from KKday product pages.

Leverage AI Tools: Use AI platforms (ChatGPT, Relevance AI, etc.) to draft content, conduct research, and streamline editorial processes.

Repurpose Content: Transform long-form blog articles into engaging short-form social posts for Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with SEO, marketing, and product teams to identify content opportunities and optimize outputs for user engagement and discoverability.

Manage Contributors: Oversee relationships with freelance writers and content consultants; provide guidance and feedback to align AI-generated content with KKday’s brand voice.

Editorial Oversight: Apply strong editorial judgment to edit, fact-check, and polish content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all channels.

Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions); regularly report insights and adjust tactics based on ROI analysis.

Stay Innovative: Stay current with AI, content marketing, and social media trends to continuously innovate our content automation strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in SEO-driven content creation, editing, or content marketing.

1–2 years hands-on experience with AI automation tools such as n8n, Relevance AI, Make.com, or similar platforms.

Strong command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken); able to review and create bilingual content with clarity and accuracy.

Proficiency in AI tools for content generation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) with proven editorial judgment to enhance AI-generated drafts.

Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword targeting, and content performance optimization.

Familiarity with creating and repurposing content for social platforms, especially Instagram Reels and TikTok.

Experience collaborating with freelancers, agencies, or remote contributors.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report performance using Google Analytics, social dashboards, or equivalent.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in travel, hospitality, or tourism content is a plus.

Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research for content creation.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack).

Experience with video editing or multimedia tools (e.g., Capcut, invideo.ai, veo2) for social media content.

Experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
