Position Overview
The Regional Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth aligned with company strategy, focusing on aftermarket services, retrofit projects, PHM (IoT-enabled predictive maintenance), and energy efficiency solutions. While strategic guidance will be provided, this role demands a self-driven and accountable leader with strong execution discipline and the ability to build deep customer relationships across the ASEAN region. This position to be base in Malaysia.


Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and profit targets for service, retrofit, PHM, energy and electric motors solutions.

· Identify, engage, and manage key customer accounts across Data Centres, Infrastructures, Power Generation, Semiconductor, and ACMV industries (cooling towers, AHUs, pumps, fans).

· Build and maintain a strong network of system integrators, OEMs, distributors, and end users across ASEAN.

· Promote and sell Brook-TM’s service offerings, including motors, repair, retrofit, condition monitoring, and IoT-based performance management.

· Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure solution delivery meets customer expectations.

· Identify, appoint, develop and manage channel partners/distributors and key accounts to expand regional market coverage.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide business development strategy.

· Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.

· Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.


Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).

· Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial sales experience in ASEAN markets.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.

· Established strong customer relationships in Data Centre, Infrastructures, Power Generations, Semiconductor, and ACMV sectors.

· Strong knowledge of electric motor service ecosystem, M&E systems, and IoT-based solutions.

· Experience in developing and managing channel partners is an added advantage.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· High level of self-discipline, integrity, and accountability.

· Willingness to travel extensively within ASEAN.
