RENOVATION SITE MANAGER(MANDARIN SPEAKER)

Key Responsibilities

• Site Operations & Supervision: Manage daily activities, track construction progress, and ensure workmanship aligns with approved architectural and interior design drawings.
• Subcontractor & Trade Coordination: Schedule, direct, and synchronize electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and other specialty contractors to prevent delays.
• Materials & Logistics: Coordinate material deliveries, verify on-site inventory, manage storage, and flag shortages before they halt production.
• Quality Control & Inspections: Conduct routine site inspections, oversee defect identification, and manage rectification works prior to final client handover.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and local building codes.
• Progress Reporting: Maintain daily logs, site photos, delivery records, and issue updates to project managers and clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in interior fit-out, residential/commercial renovation, or design-and-build projects.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Ability to read architectural, structural, and interior design drawings.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, local building rules, and sequencing.
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving under tight deadlines, leadership, trade negotiation, and clear communication.
