Restaurant Crew - Perai

Requirements
-The candidate must have at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), diploma, or an equivalent degree.
-Previous experience in customer service or food service is an advantage but not mandatory.
-Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
-Friendly, approachable, and able to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
-Clear verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
-Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register.
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
-Greet newly arrived customers and escort them to their dining tables.
-Be able to memorize the menu well and recommend special items to customers.
-Provide excellent customer service.
-Wear clean attire according to the set dress code.
-Repeat customers' orders after noting them down.
-Handle any customer feedback or complaints calmly and professionally.
-Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation of food items.
-Thank customers before they leave the premises.
-Maintain cleanliness of the store, dining area, kitchen, kitchen equipment, and storeroom facilities throughout the shift.
-Maintain the company's reputation and image.
-Establish effective communication and teamwork with other staff members.
-Follow instructions from supervisors effectively.
