Restaurant Front of House (Various Position)

Requirements
-1-2 years or more experience in related job
-Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality is an advantage.
-Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Able to multitask and perform well under pressure.
-Team player with good communication and a positive attitude.
-Neat, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.
-Willingness to work flexible hours & long hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
-Guest Service & Experience:
-Greet and seat customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
-Present menus, explain specials, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
-Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
-Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction during their meal.
-Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback courteously.
-Process bills and payments accurately through POS systems.

Cleanliness & Hygiene:
-Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, chairs, and service stations.
-Ensure cutlery, glassware, and crockery are clean and well-presented.
-Follow proper opening, service, and closing procedures.
-Adhere to hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Teamwork & Communication:
-Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
-Communicate guest requests, allergies, or special requirements to the kitchen.
-Support teammates during busy periods (e.g., running food, clearing tables).
-Attend pre-shift briefings and follow management instructions.
