Key responsibilities
• Manage daily outlet operations, including rostering, attendance, cleanliness, service standards and opening/closing routines.
• Oversee cashier reconciliation, stock counts, ordering, inventory control and basic equipment checks.
• Train, coach and motivate team members while maintaining clear performance and conduct standards.
• Monitor customer service during peak periods, resolve complaints professionally and improve guest satisfaction.
• Maintain food-safety, workplace-safety and halal operating standards across front- and back-of-house activities.
• Liaise with shopping-mall management and respond to operational issues or emergencies.
• Coordinate the implementation of promotions and operational initiatives.
• Work hands-on during busy periods, including supporting ordering, cashiering, packing and simple food preparation.
Requirements
• Legally entitled to work in Malaysia.
• 1-3 years of experience as a restaurant manager, assistant manager or outlet supervisor in quick-service, casual dining or a similar F&B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team, plan rosters and maintain service and operational standards.
• Familiar with cash handling, inventory control, food delivery workflows and basic outlet reporting.
• Knowledge of halal hygiene and food-safety practices is an advantage.
• Reliable, organised, customer-focused and comfortable making decisions under pressure.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the roster.
What is offered
• Monthly salary of RM3,500-RM4,500.
• Attendance allowance of RM100-RM150 per month, subject to the outlet's attendance policy.
