Restaurant Service Crew

Location: Pandan Indah, Bukit Jalil, Kota Kemuning, USJ 1, SS14, Bukit Raja, Bukit Tinggi, and JB/Melaka, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

-Greet and seat customers in a polite and timely manner

-Present menus and offer recommendations when requested

-Serve food and beverages promptly

-Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

-Handle billing and payments accurately

-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area



Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in hospitality or management preferred.

- At least 1 year experience in a restaurant or food service environment.

-Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Positive attitude and team spirit

-Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
