Retail Assistant 便利店助理

Qualifications
-Minimum SPM or equivalent.
-Friendly, customer-focused, responsible, and punctual.
-Good communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.
-Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
-Experience in retail or ticketing is an advantage (training provided).
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job responsibilities
-Handle retail sales and assist customers at the shop counter.
-Sell tickets for public sessions and manage customer enquiries.
-Perform daily opening and closing duties for retail & ticketing counters.
-Monitor and restock inventory.
-Handle cashless payments using POS system and prepare daily reports.
-Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of retail and ticketing areas.
