Retail Assistant

Requirements
-Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; Diploma holders in any field are encouraged to apply.
-At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is preferred, but fresh candidates are also welcome.
-Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about retail.
-Able to work on morning, noon shift and full shift
-Honest, reliable, and a good team player.

Responsibilities
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
-Provide product knowledge and make recommendations based on customer needs.
-Handle sales transactions accurately, including cash, card, and e-wallet payments.
-Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
-Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and stocktaking.
-Build and maintain good customer relationships through excellent service.
-Stay updated with product knowledge, ongoing promotions, and store policies.
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
-Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and overall store goals.
