RETAIL ASSISTANT - IOI City Mall

Job Responsibilities:
-To plan, manage and monitor daily activities on operations from end to end.
-Monitoring operation process, take a role as decision maker in operational problems that may occurs.
-Motivating, managing to achieve the target.
-Maximizing sales and profit.
-Manage inventory, maintain stock in optimum level.
-Provide a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum SPM with and without work experience are encouraged to apply.
-Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
-Lively, energetic, dynamic individual with a friendly disposition
-Good working attitude and a dependable team player
-Able and willing to work on retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (OT provided).
-Can start work immediately.
