Retail Assistant

Requirements:-
-SPM, diploma or equivalent.
-Prior experience in retail or customer service (experience in sports retail is an added advantage).
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Enthusiastic, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
-Basic knowledge of POS systems and handling transactions is preferred.
-Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
-Physically able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate merchandise.

Responsibilities:-
-Promote products and provide styling suggestions
-Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries
-Support visual merchandising and store display setup
-Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
-Report customer feedback and sales trends to the team
-Help maintain store cleanliness and organization
