Retail Assistant

Requirements
-Education Level: SPM, Diploma or above
-Year of Experience: min. 1 year in retail industry
-Language: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia
-Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
-Availability: Work on weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities
-Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner
-Execute and support the store's daily operations efficiently
-Greet and assist customers in a courteous and helpful manner
-Handle sales transactions accurately and promptly
-Provide good customer service consistently
-Uphold store presentation standards, including visual merchandising and cleanliness
-Undertake any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time
