Retail Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualifications

-Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required
-Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage (to liaise with certain customers)
-Skills required: Mandarin Language Proficiency, Customer Service, Sales and Inventory Management

Job responsibilities
-Assist with daily store operations, including stock handling and customer service
-Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of store items
-Support team members in achieving store performance targets
-Provide quality service to customers and handle inquiries efficiently
