What we're looking for
-Minimum education: SPM and above
-Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia

-Retail or sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry (Non-experience candidates are also welcomed to apply)

What you'll be doing
-Assisting customers with product inquiries, sales, and account management
-Demonstrating and promoting MAXIS and Gentel's products and services to drive sales
-Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing retail space
-Processing customer transactions and payments accurately and efficiently
-Providing friendly and knowledgeable support to ensure a positive customer experience
-Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives
-Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
