Retail Assistant

Requirements
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team environment.
-Fresh grades are welcome to apply.
-Min 1-3 years experience is an advantage.
-Prefer language: Malay, English and Mandarin

Responsibilities
-Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to effectively assist and engage with customers.
-Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing
-Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
-Attend product training sessions to stay up-to-date with new mattress offerings and features
-Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and processing transactions
-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner
-Maintain the showroom, ensuring IT is clean, organized, and well-stocked with merchandise
