Retail Associate

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or equivalent; Degree preferred.
1–2 years of experience in a retail environment (fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle).
Jewellery retail experience is an advantage, especially with customized or service-based products.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (other languages are a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills, approachable personality, and ability to work well with a team.
Passionate about customer service with attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and stay positive under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

Provide warm and engaging in-store experiences for all customers.
Support the achievement of store sales targets across permanent jewellery and essential jewellery lines.
Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and styling advice.
Guide customers through the permanent jewellery welding appointment process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues in a professional manner.
Store Operations

Assist with daily operations, including opening/closing duties, POS transactions, and cash handling.
Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and product displays reflect Azloft’s brand image.
Support inventory tasks such as stock counts, replenishment, and organization of products.
Maintain tools and equipment for welding services in good condition.
Team Support & Development

Work closely with the Store Supervisor and management team to achieve daily and monthly goals.
Provide guidance to junior associates, helping them improve sales and product knowledge.
Contribute ideas for promotions, visual displays, and improving the customer experience.
Be proactive in learning new product collections and staying updated with fashion trends.
