Retail Associate Promoter

Job Descriptions
1. Actively approach and engage walk-in customers, explaining product features, specifications, and benefits
2. Conduct live product demonstrations (e.g. unboxing, feature walkthroughs, comparisons)
3. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the brand/agency
4. Maintain product displays, ensure units are charged, functional, and properly showcased
5. Keep up to date with new product launches, promotions, and competitor offerings
6. Handle basic customer inquiries and troubleshoot simple product issues
7. Collect customer leads/data for follow-up (where applicable, per data privacy policy)
8. Manage stock levels at the counter and report replenishment needs
9. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for the supervisor or brand manager
10. Ensure compliance with brand SOPs, uniform, and grooming standards
