Retail Associate (Sunway Pyramid)

The Retail Associate is responsible in providing superior customer service, placing importance on brand experience and customer engagement. He/she will also serve as the brand ambassador, building strong relationships with the customers and meeting store targets by generating sales opportunities.

-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

-Consistently demonstrate the Under Armour selling standards in order to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals

-Develop and implement cross-selling strategies for appropriate products

-Outfit the customer by suggesting key looks and incorporating latest trends and current promotions based on the customer’s individual style

-Remain knowledgeable on products so as to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales

-Execute efficient and effective handling of all merchandise from shipment processing, floor sets, markdown optimization and replenishment systems while maintaining backroom standards


Hiring location:

-Sunway Pyramid (new BHCCE concept & newly renovated store)


Are you the right person that we are looking for:

-Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field;

-Able to communicate in local dialects will be an advantage;

-At least one year experience in retail industry;

-Preferable with working experience in sports retail;

-Able to work with retail hours such as weekends and public holidays;

-Sales-oriented and good communication skill;

-Good working attitude, responsibility and punctuality
