Retail Associate | Timberland

As Retail Associate, you’ll create meaningful customer connections through product knowledge, great service, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

-Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases

-Maintain a clean and organized store environment

-Replenish and arrange merchandise on shelves

-Support stock receiving, tagging, and inventory counts

-Follow company policies, safety, and service standards

-Deliver exceptional service and product knowledge

-Contribute to daily store operations and sales targets

Job Requirement:

-Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

-1–3 years of experience in retail industry/sales-based position

-Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude

-Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

-Availability for retail shifts, weekends, and holidays
