Retail Beauty & Wellness Sales Advisor

Location: Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and Bukit Jalil
Working hours: Retail shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
High Commissions + Monthly Incentives + EPF + SOCSO

What you'll be doing

-Proactively engage customers with warmth & professionalism, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products

-Achieve sales targets through consultative selling (no hard selling)

-Delivering outstanding customer service to build strong relationships and drive repeat business

-Maintaining excellent product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends

-Assisting with stock management, visual merchandising, and other store operations as required

What we're looking for

-Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably within the health, wellness, or beauty industry

-A Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Biomedical Sciences, Allied Health Sciences, or a related field is a plus. Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

-Confident, friendly and self-motivated, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
