Retail & Fulfillment Assistant

Requirements
-Assist in managing the retail store's inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
-Process online and in-store orders efficiently, including picking, packing, and shipping items to customers.
-Maintain a clean and organized retail and fulfillment area, adhering to company standards and safety guidelines.
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing returns or exchanges.
-Utilize computer systems to track inventory, process transactions, and generate reports as needed.
-Communicate effectively in Mandarin with customers and colleagues to facilitate smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
-Support marketing initiatives by assisting with visual merchandising, promotional displays, and social media updates.
