Retail Operation Assistant Manager

Requirements

A minimum Diploma Graduated
Able Speak Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
Skills required: Retail Management Skills, Leadership and Team Management, Organizational and Planning Skills
Computer Literate – particularly with Microsoft Office
Possess own transport and able to travel within Malaysia
Experience in managing multiple retail stores across different states is an added advantage
Responsibilities

Assist in oversee daily retail operations and ensure stores standards are maintained
Monitor and train supervisors and promoters to achieve high performance
Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs
Monitor and analyze sales reports for improvement
