Retail Sale Assistant - One Utama

About the role

Are you a natural in sales and passionate about providing excellent customer service? As a Retail Sales Assistant at One Utama, Petaling Jaya you'll be an integral part of the team, connecting customers with the perfect pair of shoes or accessories. This is a full-time role where you'll have the opportunity to develop your retail skills and grow your career within the dynamic Tomaz Shoes (Retail) brand.

What you'll be doing

-Providing friendly and attentive service to all customers, determining their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations

-Maintaining excellent product knowledge to confidently discuss features and benefits with customers

-Handling cash, card and mobile payments accurately and efficiently

-Ensuring the store is well-presented and merchandised according to Tomaz Shoes (Retail) standards

-Assisting with stock management, receiving deliveries, and replenishing shelves

-Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed


What we're looking for

-Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the fashion or footwear industry

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

-Strong numerical skills and the ability to handle cash and payments accurately

-A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of store presentation

-A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

-A team player mentality and the willingness to support your colleagues as needed
