Retail Sale Assistant - Quill City Mall

About the role
We are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Tomaz Shoes (Retail) store in Quill City Mall, Kuala Lumpur. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur store.

What you'll be doing

-Providing exceptional customer service and assistance to shoppers, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience in our store

-Demonstrating and promoting our product range, helping customers to find the perfect items to meet their needs

-Maintaining the store's visual appeal, including merchandising and ensuring products are displayed attractively

-Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments

-Restocking and replenishing store shelves as needed

-Assisting with inventory management and stock control duties

-Adhering to all company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations


What we're looking for

-At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, open for fresh graduate

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

-Excellent product knowledge and a genuine passion for the retail industry

-Keen attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately

-A proactive and cooperative attitude, with a willingness to contribute to a positive team environment

-Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
