About the role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment? Tomaz Shoes is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at our Sunway Big Box , Johor . In this role, you will be the friendly face of our brand, assisting customers and ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

-Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and offering product recommendations

-Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store presentation

-Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash and payment methods

-Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed

-Supporting store opening and closing procedures

-Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and meet store objectives


What we're looking for

-Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the fashion or footwear industry

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service

-Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

-Enthusiasm for fashion and a genuine interest in providing product knowledge to customers

-Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
