Retail Sale Assistant - Sunway Putra Mall

About the role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment? Tomaz Shoes is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at our Sunway Putra Mall location. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our brand, assisting customers and ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

-Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and offering product recommendations

-Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store presentation

-Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash and payment methods

-Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed

-Supporting store opening and closing procedures

-Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and meet store objectives


What we're looking for

-Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the fashion or footwear industry

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service

-Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

-Enthusiasm for fashion and a genuine interest in providing product knowledge to customers

-Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
