About the role

Are you a natural in sales and passionate about providing excellent customer service? As a Retail Sales Assistant at the Tomaz Factory Outlet in Subang Jaya, Selangor, you'll be an integral part of the team, connecting customers with the perfect pair of shoes or accessories. This is a full-time role where you'll have the opportunity to develop your retail skills and grow your career within the dynamic Tomaz Shoes (Retail) brand.

What you'll be doing

-Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and offering product recommendations

-Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store presentation

-Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash and payment methods

-Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed

-Supporting store opening and closing procedures

-Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and meet store objectives


What we're looking for

-Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the fashion or footwear industry

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service

-Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

-Enthusiasm for fashion and a genuine interest in providing product knowledge to customers

-Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
