Join the dynamic team as a Retail sales assistant for our TURBO by TOMAZ store in MyTown, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time Retail sales assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.


What you'll be doing

-Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

-Assist customers in finding the perfect shoes and accessories to meet their needs

-Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and detailed information

-Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

-Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

-Restock and replenish merchandise as needed

-Participate in inventory management and store operations

-Adhere to company policies, procedures, and sales targets


What we're looking for

-Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, helpful, and engaging attitude

-Strong product knowledge and the ability to match customers with the right products

-Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and driving sales

-Able to work effectively in a team and independently

-Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
