What is the role about?

Create immersive coffee experiences through engaging product demonstrations

Become an expert in JURA's state-of-the-art coffee technology

Help customers discover their perfect coffee machine through personalized consultations

Design and maintain attractive product displays that showcase JURA's elegant design

Support day-to-day store operations, including cash & stock handling and opening/closing duties

Transform coffee enthusiasts into JURA brand ambassadors

Are you the one?

SPM/Diploma qualification or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.

A passion for coffee culture and connecting with people

Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills

Adaptability to retail hours including shifts, weekends and public holidays
