Retail Sales Associate (Non Halal)

Qualifications
-Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
-Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia(spoken and written).
-Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
-Basic math and computer skills.
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
-Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical work.
-Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
-Local Malaysian Only.
-Part-time positions are also available.

Job responsibilities
-Accurately select items based on online orders, ensuring they match product descriptions, quantities, and quality standards.
-Label and organize orders for delivery or customer pickup.
-Restock shelves with fresh and packaged food items, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO).
-Handle sales transactions, operate the cash register, and process payments.
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store.
-Promote ongoing promotions and discounts to customers.
-Assist in inventory counts and report stock shortages or damages to the supervisor.
-Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
-Ensure perishable items meet quality and expiration date standards before displaying.
