Retail Sales Consultant (KL area)

工作职责 / Job Responsibilities
1. 作为品牌大使，通过分享产品知识，为顾客提供专业且个性化的咨询与服务。
Be the brand ambassador and provide personalized consultation and service to guests through sharing product knowledge.

2. 热情接待顾客，并提供优质的客户体验与服务。
Host, welcome, and provide hospitality to guests.

3. 根据顾客需求，提供个性化产品推荐及搭配。
Provide personalized consultation and recommend products and service rituals to guests based on their needs.

4. 完成门店销售目标及业绩指标。
Achieve outlet targets.

5. 负责库存补货及基础店务整理，确保店铺环境整洁有序。
Perform inventory replenishment and basic housekeeping to ensure the outlet is clean and tidy.

6. 操作 POS 收银系统，并处理各种付款方式。
Operate POS cashier register and handle various modes of payment.

7. 完成上级安排的其他相关工作。
Perform any other duties as assigned.

职位要求 / Requirements
1. 具备良好的沟通能力，仪表整洁得体，并能自信地使用中文、英文及马来文进行交流。由于工作需要与华语顾客沟通，因此需具备良好的中文沟通能力。
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu with excellent communication skills and a professional, well-groomed appearance. Candidates must be proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

2. 积极主动，具备良好的团队合作精神及人际沟通能力。
Self-driven team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

3. 具备至少 1 年相关销售经验者优先（尤其是一对一顾客服务经验）。
Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant sales experience, particularly in personalized one-to-one customer service.

4. 公司将提供完善的入职培训及在职培训。
Comprehensive onboarding and on-the-job training will be provided.

5. 能接受零售行业轮班制度，并于周末及公共假期上班。
Willingness to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

6. 以人为本，具备积极正面的工作态度及良好的服务意识。
People-oriented with a positive mindset and strong customer service orientation.
