As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play an important role in creating an enjoyable shopping experience while helping customers discover premium collectibles, statues, action figures, designer toys, and exclusive merchandise from world-renowned brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Welcome customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and collectors.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist in stock receiving, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and well organised.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and in-store events.
- Learn and stay updated on the latest collectibles, anime, movies, gaming, and pop culture products.
- Work closely with the team to deliver the best customer experience.
