Retail Sales Executive

Requirements
-Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Candidates must possess at least SPM
-Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail sales or other similar position in other industries.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Proactive, adaptable and able to work well in a team

Responsibilities
-Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
-Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience
-Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
-Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store environment
-Handling cash and card transactions accurately
-Conducting inventory checks and replenishing stock as needed
-Providing excellent customer service and resolving any queries or complaints
-Contributing to the overall success of the retail store
